Sorry, but the membuf patch is horribly out of date. It doesn't work with
any current version of Mozilla. You might be able to get it to work if
you check out the CVS version from a specific date (which is some time
last year) but otherwise it's not currently supported. Someday I hope to
update it, but at the moment, you're on your own.

I successfully completed several win32 builds with cl (visual c++ command
line compiler) before manually adding the membuf patch.
