Quick update, I took a look at the documentation and realized it is
completely, totally out of date. I completely rewrote how omnivos works
and so the old documentation is very misleading. I'll work on updating
it, but it will take a few days.
However, the short answer to your original question (how to run omnivos)
is:
omnivos -c 3dworld-blocks.xod
