I see. etc/resolv.conf is a symlink. So you should better put
resolv.conf to ro/etc/resolv.conf.

However when I boot the WRAP board there is another resolv.conf.
More specifically there is the resolv.conf that was available
in my PC.

There will be no customization framework in 0.3 distro. You can
download from the nightly code.
