Kenaikan solar dari Rp 2100 ke Rp 4300 seharusnya tidak serta merta menaikkan
dengan jumlah persentase yang sama. Paling tidak naik sebesar 46 %. Jadi tidak
naik sama dengan naiknya solar. Karena skema biaya tersebut ada yang fixed
bukan variable. Jadi dari Rp 1400 paling tidak menjadi Rp 2000-2100
