pak KM yang baik,

Tulisan yang bapak kirimkan  membuat saya tergerak untuk menulis tentang 
pengalaman dan perasaan saya ketika membaca kasus serupa namun tak sama 
di majalan sabili.  nanti kalau pak KM beneran jadi anggota komnas HAM, 
kasus sara semacam ini perlu diperhatikan serius supaya tidak diajadikan 
driver untuk meletupkan emosi masyarakat oleh salah satu pihak yang 
bergerak di jalur struktural [baca :agama sebagai politik].

Di komisariat HMI dulu cukup banyak majalah SABILI.  Pemiliknya sudah 
barang tentu tak lain dan tak bukan, bang Noval yang waktu itu menjadi 
ketua komisariat.  Konon setelah bang Noval tidak di komisariat lagi, 
majalah Sabili juga tidak pernah nampak lagi di sana.

 

Aku  dulu juga sering membaca majalah Sabili ini.  Rasanya membaca 
Sabili pada waktu itu adalah, "Majalah ini keras.  Namun bagaimanapun 
juga ada berita yang sifatnya alternatif di sana.  Dan yang lebih 
penting lagi, majalah ini berpihak pada upaya pembelaan umat Islam yang 
termarginalkan secara ekonomi dan politik kekuasaan". Salah satu favorit 
majalah Sabili untuk ditokohkan,  adalah Ahmad Sumargono [yg dekat 
dengan Prabowo]. 

 

Salah satu berita yang membuat hati saya bergejelok adalah berita 
tentang maraknya kristenisasi di kampus UI.  Terutama sekali berita 
Wawah.  Seorang gadis madrasah aliyah asal padang bernama asli Niswah, 
putri seorang dosen IAIN yang "konon" dihipnotis, diculik, 
dikristenisasi, di bawa ke gereja di jawa secara gerilya  Bahkan 
keperawanannya sudah pulak direnggut.  Waks.  Ini kan benar benar 
keterlaluan.  Rasa keadilan saya sangat tergoncang dengan berita ini.  
Saya lihat sampai sekarang pun masih banyak netters yang teringat dan 
terkenang selalu dengan kekejian kasus Wawah. 

 

Sebuah kasus yang belakangan ini, kalau dipikir pikir lagi, menurut saya 
agak aneh.  Karena meskipun Wawahnya sudah ditemukan, namun tidak ada 
wawancara langsung tentang apa yang sebenarnya terjadi.  Orangtuanya 
juga tidak pernah diwawancara secara live.  Tingkat kemisteriusan 
beritanya, mirip dengan desas desus kristenisasi di kampung Lio, Depok 
baru baru ini yang juga dilansir oleh Sabili.

 

Belakangan anak PKS yang dekat dengan saya dan berfungsi menjadi musrif 
musrifan -saya ndak pernah terlibat dalam ikatan taklim beneran- [mas 
Chandra Mundiyana] justru mengatakan kalau majalah ini tidak favorable.  
Terlalu kuat  nuansa politisnya, .dan terlalu banyak orang PII nya di 
redaksinya.  Heuh aku ndak ngerti deh gituan.  Yang disarankan adalah 
majalah tarbawi.  Tentang politik nanti, akan ada majalah yang lebih 
islami yang akan terbit.  [ternyata belakangan rekan rekan tarbiyah 
bikin KAMMI, terus dilanjut bikin partai politik -- PK]. 

 

Demikianlah Sabili di masa tahun 97.  :p  Heran juga, aku dulu pegang 
Kajian kebangsaan bareng mas Dema [acaranya diskusi rutin dgn berbagai 
tema dan pembicara yang digilir dari kalangan dosen yang alumni HMI],  
toh berita politik dan dinamika pemikiran islam yang lagi marak model 
wacananya HMI Ciputat dan seterusnya lewat begitu saja dan terasa 
asing.   Maklum para dosen di Malang, meskipun dulu banyak yang terlibat 
pergerakan, wacananya adalah wacana tahun 60an.

 

Paling cuman baca buku tokoh muda gerakan islam yang isinya profil Nong 
Darul Mahmada, Nurul Agustina, Hamid Basyaib, Budi Munawarrahman, 
Miranda Risang Ayu [favorit saya malah mbak mir itu -- abis yang lain 
nulisnya pada berat berat, sementara dia menarik banyak simpatik, karena 
hasil konversi dari katolik ke Islam, dari anak gaul suka rokoan jadi 
akhwat cantik  :) yang concern ke pendidikan anak]. 

 

Lucu jadinya ketika ketemu adik kelas.  Yang satu, anak hukum unpad 
juga,  juga, akhwat juga ngefans ke miranda juga.  Adik kelas yang lain 
lagi, cowok, sama sama ama miranda kuliah di UTS -  univ teknologi 
sidney, sering ke rumah suami istri miranda ini. Malah gak ngefans sama 
sekali.  "Biasa aja tuh", katanya :p   hahahha.   Begituah hasilnya 
kalau dipotret dari jarak terlalu dekat.  

 

Kesan biasa juga terjadi ketika datang kawanin anaknya Amin Jamaludin.  
Itu lho, bossnya LPPI [anak perusahaan DDII] yang dulu hari bikin heboh 
dengan penggusuran orang Ahmadiah bareng orang FPI.  Lha biasa aja gitu 
orangnya.  Kecil, kurus, banyak senyum.  persis ama fotonya di media 
massa waktu jadi korlap penggusuran.

 

Saat itu [97), mulai banyak ikutan kegiatan lintas kamupus. Ikutan 
seminar tentang gender di IAIN malang toh dengan impresi, para dosen di 
PSW -- pusat studi wanita itu terlalu mengada ada. Welah dalah.  Baru 
belakangan ketika tahun 98-99 banyak mengulik pisau analisis gender, 
baru rada ngerti.  Ada sesuatu yang salah yang terkonstruksi di 
masyarakat kita.  Itu pun ideologis, ketika bukunya pak yunahar ilyas 
[dari tesis dia yang membabat aminah wadud muhsin, dll dihadapkan dengan 
tafsir ibnu katsir], aku melok pak yunahar ilyas.  Opo maneh doi orang 
PKS juga.  :p  say punya kedekatan emosional dengan teman teman PKS di 
malang sejak menjadi supervisor ospek di tahun kedua kuliah.

 

Diskusi masalah gender jadi agak matang ketika sejak tahun 2002, tempat 
kerja saya memberi saya email.  Bisa mulai ikutan milisan :)  tahun 2003 
awal, mulai intens dengan milis wanita-muslimah dan milis apakabar.

 

Banyak hal hal yang sebelumnya saya rasa sudah jadi patokan pasti, 
ternyata terbongkar dan jadi terlihat rentan.  Ujungnya saya merasa 
perlu melakukan dekonstruksi dan pencarian keseimbangan baru dalam diri 
saya, dan saya yakin masyarakat kita juga.

 

Akhir kata.  Thanks to Sabili, rekan rekan PKS dan Hizbut Tahrir, dan 
kritik dalam pada gusdur yang dikatakan otaknya seperti tahi, dan kang 
jalal yang disamakan dengan dajjal.  Semua wacana alternatif itu 
membangun awareness saya, akan cara cara umat islam melakukan pertahanan 
diri secara minimal.
