Weston isn't always the first to implement new protocol anymore (xdg shell stable, for example), so weston being released without an implementation of XDG decoration won't grief any other compositor wishing to do so. At this point I've seen no other concerns about the proposed schedule on or off list, so let's go with: Alpha - July 10th Beta - July 24th RC1 - August 7th First possible release August 14th. This will be a combined weston + wayland release, but following this one I think it's time to start releasing them independently. That's a discussion we can have in late August.
