Happy to hear that the information architecture of LibreOffice.org has been improved. "it would have been good to reach out before conducting the survey." I followed the advice of a book about UX that recommends conducting a short survey with friends and family. I used LibreOffice.org as an example. I'd keep in mind to reach out before conducting a large scale survey in the future.
