What about "open-VOsIP"?
I explain:
"open", in order to show that is open-source, and in continuity to
open-wengo project
"VOsIP": a mix of "VOIP" and "SIP", in order to make clear what it does.
It could also be nice: "open-VOIP", but maybe it's too easy :)
