Mark if you want to do it your self
You'll need
1) to disable sip proxy address in the sip account configuration dialog
2) provide a default value for this field in the config.xml file
It is not too complicqted but you'll need to dive into the source
Or you can as us (MBDSYS) to do the customization for you
