I've looked through both wget-1.9.1.tar.gz and wget-1.9.tar.gz and do not see a user manual. An example of what I'm calling a "user manual" is at http://www.gnu.org/software/wget/manual/wget.html for 1.11.1, but I do not see previous versions available there. Is there another place I can look?
