I have a question that might have already been brought up and thoroughly discussed, but I am new to the list. Last week our Linux servers were updated with version 1.10.1 of wget. This version is lacking the -nr argument (replaced with --no-remove-listing), which caused wget to fail and caused me to loose downloads that cycle off servers at regular intervals. I have never encountered an argument to be removed, old arguments are usually retained for backwards compatibility reasons. Anyone know why the -nr was removed and can enlighten me?
