Wouldn't this : HTMLScriptElement.prototype.execute= function execute () { // ... return (1, eval)( this.innerText ); // global eval } do it ? (only that it should be "privileged": able to bypass the usual s.o.p. restrictions wrt .innerText...) -- Jorge.
