Noted - in this case it's not a classic cross-post: TTWG was copied for
archive purposes to maintain a record of the fulfilment of the action to
send to WHATWG; there's no expectation that TTWG members will attempt to
reply back to WHATWG.

Are you commenting that it is not a bad proposal in principle, given extra
detail, or that it is not a proposal that can be assessed at all with the
current level of detail?
