Such matters are a question of judgment. Information about potential harm needs to be accurate and common sense applied. To a certain extent this conversation has been about, "Common sense, what's common sense?, I don't want no stinking commons sense, I'll work to rule and, if harm results, tough!, Harm to Wikipedia?, Public relations?
