Typically, "easy" is reserved for newbie dev stuff. If the shells (ie Rob) don't
mind, I'm sure it would be pretty easy to use it for both. Then Rob (or whoever)
can have a simple query set up for 'shell, easy' for those 1-line config changes
that can easily (through nobody's individual fault) slip through the cracks.
