Primarily we could finish with generating nls-like files, and then
continue with kernel/ntdll/x11 etc.
Could you please help me with incorporating of the attached program
to the Wine tree? Sorry, I have no time right now.
My comments about create_nls.c:
1. Program creates fully compatible with NT nls files from the
unicode.org's txt files.
2. It can generate both SBCS and DBCS nls files.
3. It has the support for translation from the multiple unicode chars
to the single code page char.
