[Winona Online Democracy]

I checked with a few others and we think this Chauffer idea of yours Paul has real 
possibilities.
We have the buses, the taxis and the current SEMCAC volunteer driver program that 
could be approached about the idea of a monthly fee.  There might also be an 
opportunity for an entrepreneur.
