[Winona Online Democracy] Steve K. has been posting School Board info. and Dwayne V. posted has for the County Board. People's interest in such varies with what is going on. All three local government entities post agendas and minutes on their web sites. For those times when you are interested or you want to know if something is on an upcoming agenda or what the decision was from meeting minutes, one web address is all you have to remember and it will link to those things for the School Board, the County Board and the City Council web sites.
