[Winona Online Democracy] It isn't just the bikers that make noise. There are cars that go by my house, and I have heard them in other parts of town too, that can be "felt" going by because their stereo's etc is up so high. I'd call the police but they are speeding too so they don't stay in one area long enough to catch.
