LOL There is ONE fiber link into town. That's it. EVERYTHING runs on it. The ONLY choice is Century Tel.
As for the OC3, I wonder if we could help with that? We can get a 100 meg fiber link from Seattle to Ephrata for about $3k. Not sure on the price for a gigE link. There were a few responses to this statement indicating that people don't know how this system works or how to get current information on the issue (NANOG, etc.). There were only a few responses, but I bet you there are dozens or hundreds of lurkers that don't know either.
