Not only should you have spares, you should also make sure you have the right parts before you go to the job...
even if you do have the right parts, it's still a nuisance to deal with getting sent the wrong stuff... it can happen with anything though - for instance, I once got sent a 5ghz UBNT omni instead of 2.4ghz...
