You were right. The initial internal path was only propagated to the
application after it is constructed, through an internalPathChanged
signal. This has now been corrected so that the app.internalPath()
below will return /index.html.

If you need the internal path, before creating a WApplication instance
(since you might want to differentiate on the actual application
depending on the internal path), it is alsoavailable as
WEnvironment::internalPath().
