Initial Comment: Hi, I'm in the process of creating installers for our product using Wix. Basically creating Virtual directories using Wix installer. I've multiple websites on my web server. It contains certain sites with the same details, like port, IP address and HostHeaders. In this case, if I'm selecting one of such sites, on installing the virtual directories are created in the wrong site. Ex. I've 2 sites, namely MySite1 and Mysite2 having all the details as same. Only one site will be running at a time. But, if I selected MySite2 to install my virtual directories, the Wix installs the virtual directories on MySite1. I've given the following details for web address tag, IPAddress, Host Headers and Port number. Can you please look into this. I tried, but unable to solve this.
