I've tried to use both Wix3.msi and Wix3_64.msi installers and no joy so far. When I used Wix3.msi I got the following error when I compiled my solution from within VS 2005: Error 1 The element <ProjectDefineConstants> beneath element <PropertyGroup> is unrecognized. C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\WiX\v3.0\Wix.targets 978 8 GameService.Installer when I tried to compile it using msbuild nant task I got the following error: ld] (Compile target) -> [msbuild] C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\WiX\v3.0\Wix.targets(1181,5): error MSB6004: The specified task executable location "C:\Program Files\Windows Installer XML v3\bin\candle.exe" is invalid. [msbuild] [msbuild] 6 Warning(s) [msbuild] 1 Error(s) When I used Wix3_64.msi I got the same errors.
