Issue: Missing files;
src\pyro\mspatchc.dll
src\light\darice.cub
src\light\mergemod.cub
src\light\mergemod.dll
WiX build fails due to missing files in WiX source.zip
workaround: found in binaries.zip per Email Archive wix-users
Suggestion, if these files are not going to be included in the source zip, then
document the steps to copy them in the build documentation.
