Getting Wix to build in the first place was an adventure; since I don't have VS 2008 Team Suite, I excised all of the testing bits in WiX and DTF.
I opted to go with website2k instead of website2000; I also limited the extension to be a Heat Extension that relies upon the IIsExtension for everything else. One thing I've noticed is that it would be nice if the harvesters had their own help information (in order to support heat -? <harvester> or heat <harvester> -?). Thanks, Thomas S.
