Hi Team, l am sorry if this is the wrong thread to post this comment. I am in the midsts of handing over our deployment project and have hit an error where by, using Heat I am not able to generate harvest data for specific files mainly COMs. I did look it up in google and bumped into this thread which says to file in a bug report since heat may be buggy.

Is this something that can be verified? Or is there a work around? the version of Wix I am using is 3.5 Beta. the version of Heat.exe is 3.5.1714.0 Would appreciate any input since my deadline is 2 days away.
