Build system is (unfortunately) a mash up of NAnt and MSBuild projects.
Building in VS isn't really supported (sometimes it works, most of the time
it doesn't). You can build everything by running make.bat in the root.

One of the first things we do in WiX v4.0 is standardize on MSBuild 4.0.
