Hi wix-devs,
I am facing one troubling issue with wix setup. Deployment is breaking because
wix-setup is trying to configure IIS (trying to copy applicationhost.config
file). But we dont need IIS to be installed on that server(its our DB server).
if we place a dummy config file in that IIS location everything works fine.
We tried to skip configureIIS step in sequence but it throws another error
saying Unable to connect to IIS.

connect to Internet Information Server. (-2147221164 )
Please, provide some input on this issue. We are kind of blocked here.
If this is not the correct distribution list please provide correct pointers.
