That said, I agree with you. Customizing the look and feel for your
installation is not something we need you to contribute back.  However, if
you think the flow would apply to many people and would like to make it
generic then we'd certainly entertain the contribution. <smile/>

This comes up from time to time. I'll put it on my back log (which is
insanely long) to talk to our lawyers and see if there isn't a way to get
stuff intended to be customized like this under a different (more
permissive) license.
