I am still struggling with this and I have tried to use TortoiseHg to get the
missing files but to no avail I fear. I was able to sync my branch but it
downloaded everything in a binary format that doesn't allow me to 'build' the
area.

This is my first time working with open source setups and I could use a bit o'
help with respect to what to do with the source area once I have it as it isn't
like what I use at the office, perforce. Once I get the source area in a way I
can use it then maybe I can copy the missing folders wixtests and runbvts from
there.

Thanks again.

Thanks Neil. I actually have that bookmarked. :)

I am working through it. I am getting my clone setup locally because the zips
don't include the \wix\test area and that causes the make.bat to fail.

I found this....

http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg05636.html

And I am also installing the Windows SDK for Win2k8 and .Net Framework 3.5 even
though I have the Windows 7 SDK installed.

But I believe the code I need to work on is the server ca that handles the
folder creation for fileshares, etc. If I just need to work on that I guess I
don't really need to build the WHOLE thing but I would like to.

Thanks,
