I've just realised that 'msbuild /p:WixFlavor=ship' is building Debug binaries and putting them in the build\ship directory. Are either of 'msbuild /p:WixFlavor=ship' and 'msbuild /p:Configuration=Release' supposed to do the same thing, or should we be erroring out if WixFlavor is specified on the command-line?
