Most tests at wix38 tip fail. Could be bad tests but I no longer have VS2010 on my WiX VM so I'm using VS2012 MSTest.exe as test runner. Many many fail and a few crash QTAgent32.exe. Not the normal warm fuzzies you want from a bunch of tests.
