It works with IE9. I vote to change the blocker message to
[WixBundleName] cannot run on Windows 7 x64 RTM with .NET 4.5.2 without
hotfix KB982199 at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/982199.
Of course, mbahost would then need to detect if the hotfix is installed.
