There are two issues: 1. We need to catch that DirectoryNotFoundException so that you don't get a stack trace like that (please open a bug against it with the stack trace from below in the description). 2. I just identified an issue with the WixUIExtension yesterday. There really isn't a good workaround for it right now. I've got a fix and I'm waiting for Rob to review it - once that is complete this will go into the next release. Will that be soon enough for you?
