Yeah, that's your problem. I have a series of blog entries (ending here: http://blogs.msdn.com/robmen/archive/2005/11/04/489346.aspx, it should link back to the first one) that explain a bit about the Directory table. You'll see that you need TARGETDIR/SourceDir at the root of your Directory tree every time .
