Hi list.... I went through the Windows Installer error texts and found out that some Errors are quite usefull. My question is: What should I do to rise such error? I know that I can create Custom Action type 19 but it will just display the text and exit the installation.
For example: I need (some nasty request) to check some condition and rise dialog with text (and behaviour) similar to error 1702. (The installer must restart your system before configuration of [2] can continue. Click Yes to restart now or No if you plan to manually restart later.) Is all this possible?
