I see that recent builds of Wix now allow us to set a firewall exception. Am I right in concluding that it only affects inbound connections, and only works with the Windows Firewall?
Is there any way to configure an outbound connection (NET_FW_RULE_DIR_OUT) with the current extension? Is there any way to do this with other firewall providers, or are they all different?
