A ha! I had Visual Studio 2012 installed, but I was missing “Update 4” (same issue here - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19278446/why-is-the-option-for-visual-studio-2012-windows-xp-v110-xp-missing-in-visua). The build is running now :)
