Thanks all. It seems using c++ for Custom action would be a good choice. Currently in my C# code I am using functions like string.IsNullOrEmpty, string.Format, ServiceController. Are these functions available in C++. Also to get the parameter passed to msi, I have to use
string ip = session["IPADDRESS"]; What is it's equivalent in C++.
