Easy Ham Hash Categories: breakfast, cheese, main dish, potatoes, spicy Yield: 6 servings 1 lb fully cooked ham; finely ground 1 lg onion; finely chopped 3 md potatoes; peeled, cooked 2 tb butter or margarine; melted 2 tb parmesan cheese; grated 1 tb prepared mustard 2 ts Worcestershire sauce 1 ts prepared horseradish 1/4 ts pepper 1 c cheddar cheese; shredded 1/2 c Monterey Jack Cheese; shredded In a bowl, combine ham and onion. Shred potatoes and add to ham mixture. Stir in butter, parmesan cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and pepper. Spoon into greased 11x7x2-in baking dish, pressing down firmly. Combine cheddar and Monterey jack; sprinkle over top. Bake; uncovered, at 350º for 35 minutes.
