The Stanford Korean Studies Program and the Stanford Program on International
and Cross-Cultural Education (SPICE) are proud to present the Hana-Stanford
Conference on Korea for U.S. Secondary School Teachers. This three-day summer
conference at Stanford University will bring together teachers who are
interested in incorporating Korean studies into their curricula and will
provide educators with a venue to learn and exchange ideas. Scholarly lectures
and curricular demonstrations will cover topics ranging from Korean history and
culture to U.S.-Korean relations and North Korea. The conference sponsors would
like to invite teachers from your school to attend and the majority of the
teachers' expenses will be covered.

Applicant registration forms are due February 28, 2014.
