I'm
not so sure about the second issue, but the first one is talking about having
the same piece of text pointing to different URLs in different places on the
page. I can't seem to figure out where that is happening on your page, but I
think that's partly because I can't read the language so I don't know what it's
actually saying - it's harder to do a letter-by-letter compare than to just read
through a page and notice that the same phrase is used
twice.
But,
for example, if on one part of the page you had a link like
this:
<a
href="">More details</a>
and
then on another part of the page you had a link like this:
<a
href="">More details</a>
That
is what it is talking about, as far as I'm aware. Having the same piece of text
as a link to two different pages.
