I don't see anything that would require tons of CSS on that page (checked FF nightly and Opera 8.01).
Sub-navigation doesn't even change when you hover main elements - page has to be reloaded just to change that bit of CSS...
BTW: clear padding on body, becase page looks a bit broken in Opera.
