Hi Following up on a thread from a month back, this book is now finally out.
DHTML Utopia Modern Web Design Using JavaScript & DOM by Stuart Langridge http://www.sitepoint.com/books/dhtml1/ Haven't had time to read it yet, although there are four free chapters (135 pages) available for download from Sitepoint's website if anyone is interested. Author comes from Melbourne, but I don't think he's a member of the WSG!
