I do not use this. I rely on progressive enhancement. If IE has square corners instead of round, for example, so be it. It's ok. It doesn't render the content inaccessible. I do, however, use http://selectivizr.com/ to make my life easier as it allows the use of advanced selectors which saves some extra fussing and extra markup for "old" browsers.
