The stable build of x2go has the xrandr version issue (it has 1.2,
OpenSuse 42.2 needs at least 1.3).

The nightly build requires nx-libs 3.5.99+.

Arctica Project does not have a repository of built libs 3.5.99 but
in theory should be possible to build from source, as I've had to do for
Zesty.

However, a prerequesite for OpenSuse is obs-build, but there is no
obs-build packages in OpenSuse Leap 42.2's distribution. I have not been
able to find a suitable package elsewhere.

I've tried to download from the OpenSuse software website, but it has
an error in the URL and won't download. I've tried to find on
rpm.pbone.net, no luck. Any other suggestions to get this working?
