Martin,
Yes you have your rules but you don't respect them. You change them according to your wishes and opinions. Given the present disclaimer once an Author confirm his right to publish you should not argue any longer. "Although this is the official Kodi repository we take no liability for any of these Add-ons written by 3rd parties. We are not responsible for their content or application. Any problems please post in the forum thread or contact the foundation here." If you follow this wise disclaimer nobody can sue you for IP&Copy infragement. If you decide, despite your disclaimer, what is compliant or not to IP&Copyright you take on your shoulder the responsibility so you can be sued twice: Firstly becasue you write something and you do the opposite. Secondly because you can wrongly believe that something is OK when is not for the simple reason that you are not a legal professional. Take a decision: 1. XBMC Foundation leaves the responsibility on the shoulder of addon authors. OR 2. XBMC Foundation assume this responsibility and good luck Otherwise people as SONY and Samsung have already done migrate on something else or open a repo in Aruba. Don't take it personally and let me suggest to ask a paid professional legal consultant before closing abruptely a PR as your friends have done for IP&Copy reasons. Thanks for your kind attention.
