Hi, I'm working on a game, that uses XDG Base Directory to locate its data, save things, etc. The problem is: according to the FHS, game data is in /usr/share/games/, but XDG_DATA_DIRS points to /usr/share.
So, what should I do? Search for $XDG_DATA_DIRS/games/subdir? If so, does the same apply to $XDG_DATA_HOME, $XDG_CONFIG_HOME, etc.? Best regards, Thibaut Girka.
