Description:
XDocletMessagesMessages_pt_BR.properties has accents written directly inside
the properties, when that messasges are displayed on console (ANT), the accents
are not displayed, but special characters (? mainly). So, I fixed the
pt_BR.properties, changing the accents and putting unicode characters. The
messages are displayed correctly now. The original version is located at
